Draw My Life...
I know most Youtubers filmed the famous 'Draw My Life' ages ago now, but I've only just got around to it... I thought it would be a fun thing to do for those of you who have just stumbled across my channel or follow my pregnancy vlogs but don't know very much about me.
I posted it on Friday night and I honestly cannot believe the response it's had so far, I'm so overwhelmed you guys are seriously amazing for all the lovely things you've said.
I've had countless emails, tweets and messages, you've even got me teary eyed myself!
So I just want to say a little thank you to everyone who has watched and commented so far, it really does mean a lot to me. I think I'll need to dedicate a whole evening to reply to you all!
Oh, and I think we should all say a massive thank you to the hubby too, who also spent loads of time editing this video for me, and put up with countless strops of an over-tired preggo!

I actually just found you and this recap was kind of useful, more because I usually don't look at "mommy blogs" or future ones (bithubg wrong with them, just not something I'm interested in) and I would have probably pass by without stopping. This video made me stop, because it's so sweet that I couldn't stop here to wish you all the happiness in the world, which, if I'm correct, it's not far from where you are :D
ReplyDeleteYou're the first pregnacy blog (even if there's more here I saw looking around!) I follow :)
A biiiig hug from Italy!
(p.s. flooding in Venice are like air in every other city in the world :D it's more surprising when you don't find any if you stay more than few days! )
that bithbg there (?) was a "nothing"...
DeleteJust come across your blog after noseying at someone elses friend list... this video brought a tear to my eye. You have such a lovely blog too. Count yourself having another follower :-)

I know I'm a bit late to comment on this, but it took me a few days to figure out what and if I actually want to say, because I watch a lot of youtube videos and often go through the suggestion page to come across new chanels, that I like, which is how I found yours as well. Even though you had just announced your pregnancy and it was not topical for me at the time, I subscribed right away, because I found you to be so lovely and absolutely gorgeous. Since then, I've been following your posts and videos on and off, but then first of all, the idea of me having kids became more "actual" and something in the works after a while, but to be honest (and I'm admittedly bad at first impressions, which is why I always keep my mind open) I didn't relate to you that well, because you seemed so, so perky and cute and absolutely beautiful - and, lets make it clear, I'm a mess ;) - and then I saw your video.
ReplyDeleteAnd it was surprising and touching and relatable and I really felt for everything you were telling and changed my perception completely.
I'm so, so happy for everything you have accomplished, at the moment, I'm in the same spot - where I love to blog, but have no money to buy anything, so I blog about random things and above all, try to be a positive person, because that's something that doesn't come easy to me.
Anyway. Sorry for the lengthy comment! I just wanted to say, that you are amazing and have gained a very loyal subscriber as supposed just a weekend one and that your videos will absolutely, definitely come in handy, when I go through pregnancy, so thank you for doing them, you're the type of mommy I'd aspire to be - so, so pretty, but also sweet and happy and I wish you guys all the best and I look forward to following everything that happens next :) Good luck and thank you!

One of the best Draw My Life videos Ive seen. Not only was your story heartwarming you clearly put a lot of effort in the sketches and even decorating the white board with the candles and flowers. Loved it all.
