And I think it's a great idea to put everything good that happened during the day - I might do that as well ;) - because even the smallest things can make us happy and sometimes we forget about them over the bad things. It's a lovely idea! :) I find that drinking a hot chocolate/tea and distracting myself with my favorite series or blogs helps me a little when I'm at that time of the month. <br />And I would like to say to you a few things that I hope they'll leave you feeling a little better :) I recently discovered your youtube channel and your blog and I must say that it became one of my daily reads! It's such a lovely blog and I really like your writing, the way you speak to your readers. I'm defintiely going to try that next time PMT gets in my way - I normally just give myself a bit retail therapy and then settle down in my onesie with a hot chocolate and a ron-com! If I'm really struggling to break my streak of productive-ness, then'll I'll write myself a whole to do list of things to do in a day and make sure I get through them all because it will make you feel so much better if you have a completely busy and productive day! I know it sounds weird, but it does really help!
